I am very disappointed, I’ve made a 50% ($680 USD) deposit (30 MOQ) for some custom hoodies to be made I was lied about the options they provided, the sample they made did not meet any of the requirements as well as the fabric I was sent was very low quality, they overcharged me for the small fabric samples ($100 extra). I kindly asked for at least $400 back from the $680 plus other expenses I sent them but kimmy only gave me excuses.
