I have had lost £600 in refunds to unhappy customers. I wanted to resolve this together but now I will have to wait for the case to escalate to alibaba. . This has burned the bridge of what I thought was a long term partnership, I do not work with any other factories and now I have to rethink my business direction and next steps as I don't trust making more orders in the future. I need to be refunded for this current order, not future orders. You can keep lying that the fabric is the same when it can easily be proven and my customers continue to write to me about the difference. The material used is sheer, not soft and cheap. The application of the buttons is rushed and faulty, no one has bothered to take the time to cut off the edges and finish it off neatly.
